kandev-assistant is a personal tool used only by its owner, on the owner's own computer. It is not offered to other users.

What data it accesses

With the owner's consent through Google OAuth, it requests read-only access to the owner's Gmail (gmail.readonly) and Google Calendar events. It reads message metadata, message text and calendar events solely to classify them and prepare a summary for the owner.

How data is processed and stored

• Processing happens on the owner's computer using a local model. Mail and calendar content is not sent to any third-party AI service.
• Mail and calendar content is not stored permanently. Local state files keep only technical identifiers, timestamps and counts.
• OAuth tokens are stored in the operating system's secure keychain on the owner's computer.
• Data is not sold, shared, or used for advertising.

Google API Services User Data Policy

kandev-assistant's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access

Access can be revoked at any time from the Google Account settings page under "Third-party apps & services".
